Head of Launchpads Support

We are looking 

R&D is Kilo.Health’s rocket building and launching site, and the place where it happens? Launchpads (temporary product development teams). Now we’re looking for a Head of Launchpads Support. Sounds interesting? 

You’ll oversee and ensure smooth operations of the Launchpads support team, consisting of product managers, designers, copywriters, researchers, product owners, and other talents working with developing and launching our new products.

Get Ready To

• Lead the team of specialists that work with product development and be the primary point of contact, while being accountable for the output of your team and constant knowledge sharing
• Support and guide your team to ensure that tasks are executed on schedule and allocate resources appropriately
• Maintain overall responsibility for the performance of your team, including quality, productivity, and delivery
• Set clear team goals and report on metrics
• Motivate your team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking

We Expect You To

• Have proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
• Be a self-driven decision maker
• Have a degree in Management or training in leadership
• Be a team player
• Have a good sense of humor
• Never kill the vibe

Location

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
