As the Head of Prepaid Mobility Services (EŽYS & Extra) at #Telia your main responsibilities will be the development of prepaid strategy to reach market share growth.

Main responsibilities:

- #Develop Prepaid strategy & tactical action plans, #reach business market share growth targets.
- #Lead and #inspire team of professionals with a high level of diversity in skills.
- #Create and manage pricing strategy for sales channels & customer segments.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies and tactics.
- Analyse competitors‘ actions and align of B2C prepaid market strategy to the changing competitive environment.

Requirements:

- 4+ #management experience, previous experience of leading & growing people.
- Knowledge in (B2X) marketing complemented with solid analytical skills in collecting, understanding and interpreting market data.
- Previous experience from offering and pricing is an essential asset.
- Comfortable to work in #fast changing environment and comfortable with highly complex business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills (both Lithuanian and English).
- Good leadership skills to lead, #motivate and #inspire team.
- Ownership, end-to-end responsibility and strong business acumen are key qualities for successful candidate
