Head of Production

Job Description

Ensure smooth operation and strategic development of the company’s production department.
Organize and optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
Lead the production team, ensuring their development, motivation, and a safe working environment.
Oversee production planning, raw material supply, and capacity allocation.
Ensure compliance with product quality standards and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments (logistics, technical, energy, quality, etc.).
Implement new technologies, automation, and modernization projects.
Manage the production budget and report to senior management.

Requirements

Higher education in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing sector.
Experience in process management, efficiency improvement, and application of LEAN methodologies (an advantage).
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage change effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Results-oriented mindset, systematic thinking, and accountability.
English and Russian language skills – an advantage.
