Job Description

  • Develop, improve and implement recruitment strategies, processes, KPIs, and best practices;
  • Analyze the search channels, their efficiency and costs;
  • Analyze and improve candidate service experience and client satisfaction during the recruitment process;
  • Organize and coordinate the work of the team of 16 people, mentor and train them;
  • Develop or ensure effective remote communication and training processes for team members;
  • Ensure the implementation of plans and the achievement of the expected results;
  • Prioritize and solve ongoing problems;
  • Generate ideas or seek new ways for improvement.
  • Represent the company in relations with key clients, third parties or public authorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful management experience (preferably – in recruitment);
  • Higher education;
  • Good planning, organizational and time management skills;
  • Analytical, initiative and result oriented approach;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Category B driving license.
