Develop, improve and implement recruitment strategies, processes, KPIs, and best practices;
Analyze the search channels, their efficiency and costs;
Analyze and improve candidate service experience and client satisfaction during the recruitment process;
Organize and coordinate the work of the team of 16 people, mentor and train them;
Develop or ensure effective remote communication and training processes for team members;
Ensure the implementation of plans and the achievement of the expected results;
Prioritize and solve ongoing problems;
Generate ideas or seek new ways for improvement.
Represent the company in relations with key clients, third parties or public authorities.
Requirements
5+ years of successful management experience (preferably – in recruitment);
Higher education;
Good planning, organizational and time management skills;
Analytical, initiative and result oriented approach;
Good English language skills;
Category B driving license.
