Requirements
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with technical products (international sales experience is a strong advantage).
At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian (C1).
Strong conflict management and constructive feedback skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Russian, Polish) is considered an advantage.
