My name is Aurimas Butkus and I’m leading the Project Management Office at Telia Lietuva. We are here to bring the best technology solutions to our customers by applying project management know how and maintaining high quality standards to our performance and products we deliver. Today we are looking for Head of Team in Project Management Office to join us.
Your next challenge?
Project Management Office is in a journey to adopt structured approach of classical project management and flexibility of the new age project management in our delivery model. You will be responsible for changes and maintenance of new project management process/framework, guidance and support for project managers and business stakeholders. Complex projects or programs will require your “hands-on” Project Management expertise. Other projects will need to be supervised from side of Company standards.
As a Head of Team, you will be responsible for the team of 10 project managers and team’s contribution to the Company goals and strategy. Alignment, assessment and final evaluation of achievements, management and support in administrative processes, mentoring in personal and professional teams’ growth would be part of your daily routine.
Who are you?
If you have 3-5 years working experience in IT Project/Program management, your leadership is recognized by your team and pears, your Project management certificate is not expired, and your Lithuanian and English language skills are fluent - you are a perfect fit for my team.
Your leadership skills:
- Potential to motivate team members by appealing to them at an individual level and by inspiring them to contribute to the overall vision;
- Ability to lead and foster team effectivity;
- Self-directed, organized, and detail oriented;
- Proper communication and liaise with Stakeholders and Suppliers;
- Good collaboration skills;
- Good problem-solving skills.

We offer a monthly base salary from 3900 Eur (gross) to 5850 Eur (gross) depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
