- Lead the YouTube department with full ownership of brand growth, channel performance, revenue, and long-term market position
- Define and drive the overarching YouTube strategy, translating business goals into clear priorities, scalable growth plans, and high-impact execution
- Provide strategic leadership across the broader content ecosystem, overseeing senior editorial leadership and partnering closely with the social media function to ensure strong brand alignment, consistent quality, and sustainable growth across platforms
- Lead and develop team leads and senior creatives, building a high-performing organization with clear accountability and strong execution standards
- Sustain the operating model, processes, and decision-making frameworks needed to support high-quality content production at scale
- Identify emerging trends, audience shifts, and whitespace opportunities, and convert them into scalable content formats and new growth avenues
- Build a repeatable approach to testing new concepts, evaluating performance, and scaling successful initiatives
