Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

• Ensure compliance with EHS laws and company standards, while identifying and managing risks across the plant.
• Lead EHS strategy by setting annual goals, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement.
• Investigate incidents, implement preventive measures, and improve safety processes.
• Support new projects with EHS expertise and manage the department’s budget.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and daily engagement.
• Oversee fire safety systems, inspections, and overall emergency preparedness.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the EHS team to deliver results and build long-term capability.

• 3+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety, with a track record of managing or coordinating EHS projects.
• Solid understanding of EHS legislation in Lithuania.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead engaging trainings and presentations.
• Confidence in prioritizing tasks, delegating effectively, and handling conflict with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in manufacturing, previous EHS leadership roles, or a degree in a related field (engineering, environment, health & safety) are strong advantages.
