Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR and office-related matters
Manage the employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Prepare and administer employment-related documentation in line with Lithuanian Labour Code
Coordinate payroll inputs, invoice processing, and support communication with the accounting team
Oversee office operations: suppliers, services, and workplace needs
Organise business travel, internal events, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate occupational health and safety processes (e.g. medical check-ups)
Monitor budgets and support basic forecasting
Support employer branding and local office initiatives
Contribute to improving HR and administrative processes
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
2-3+ years of experience in HR, office management, or operations
Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code and HR best practices
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and structured way of working
Experience working with external vendors and service providers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and improve processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Have occupational health and safety specialist certification or do it within probation time (company would cover the fees)
