HR & Administrative Manager (2-year Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR and office-related matters
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Prepare and administer employment-related documentation in line with Lithuanian Labour Code
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, invoice processing, and support communication with the accounting team
  • Oversee office operations: suppliers, services, and workplace needs
  • Organise business travel, internal events, and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate occupational health and safety processes (e.g. medical check-ups)
  • Monitor budgets and support basic forecasting
  • Support employer branding and local office initiatives
  • Contribute to improving HR and administrative processes

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in HR, office management, or operations
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code and HR best practices
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and structured way of working
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and improve processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Have occupational health and safety specialist certification or do it within probation time (company would cover the fees)
