Administration of HR data and documentation (employment documents, contract amendments, employee information updates, etc.) across the group of companies;
Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements (GDPR, labor code, internal regulations);
Implementation and improvement of HR policies, internal procedures, and processes;
Organizing and systematizing employee-related information, preparing reports;
Participation in employee well-being and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
A university degree in HR management, law, business administration, or a related field;
At least 2 years of experience in HR management or administration (experience in the financial sector or a corporate group is an advantage);
Strong knowledge of labor law and GDPR requirements;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with data effectively;
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and ensure smooth and efficient HR administration processes within the company group;
Strong proficiency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
