HR Manager- Fashion Retailer- Kaunas City Centre

Accountabilities:

• Sales strategy formation, development and increasing growth
• Effectively managing the recruitment process;
• Product marketing knowledge;
• Increasing company's competitiveness and market share;
• Monthly sales report writing;
• Planning and management of financial indicators;
• Creating product range and pricelist;
• Development of new and existing products- new strategies formation;
• Marketing and promotional tools coordination • Motivating and managing team.

Requirements:

• University Master‘s degree ( preferably in economy or business marketing );
• Have strong project management skills;
• Be highly commercial;
• Be a strong decision maker who is resilient and agile;
• Work well as part of a strong team;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manager position;
• Be fluent in English ( Italian language would be advantage);
• Good organisation skills and positive attitude.
