HR Manager

AS THE HR MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• The implementation and development of HR processes and strategies;
• Maintaining benefits program, scheduling and conducting job evaluations;
• Organizing and controlling the activities of recruiting, testing and selecting employees;
• Conducting orientation and training programs;
• Creating and nurturing positive working environment, values and culture;
• Planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.

PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 3 years of significant practical experience as a HR manager;
• Ability to architect HR strategies, systems and training tools along with leadership skills;
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• Great English skills (both oral and written).
