Job Description

The purpose of this role provide professional HR service and support to managers and employees throughout the business. The company is looking for an ambitious person who would be eager to learn and willing to grow into an HR Manager that could lead and develop HR function to support business strategy.


  • Driving the HR-function in providing a professional and customer focused HR service to managers and staff
  • Establishing and operating Scania’s HR-processes within the organization: Internal and External Communication; Employer Branding, Recruitment, Remuneration, Competence Development, Management Planning and Supportive processes
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive HR toolkit and methods which assists managers in providing leadership and management to their staff
  • Coordinating and performing employee surveys within the organization and supporting managers with converting the report into change and development action list
  • Preparing a wide range of HR documentation
  • Monitoring developments in legislation, identifying Human Resources good practice and initiating proposals for continuous improvements
  • Operational support to managers with staff/HR issues


  • University education in a relevant discipline
  • Experience within different areas in HR field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of local laws and regulations impacting on employment
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Time management skills and efficient working methods
  • Team player’s attitude combined with loyal and integrity
  • Willingness to learn and grow together with a company
