Job Description

Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

We are now looking for an HR Team Lead to join us for 1.5 years, to cover a maternity leave. There might also be a possibility for a permanent position after that period.

Team Lead in our People department is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and maintain our people practices while working closely with leadership team, global HR’s and employees across the company. The team goal is to be close to employees, to be approachable as a first point of contact when they need support, guidance or simply someone to talk to. While seeking to achieve a shared company goal - to become a leading software development and testing hub in the area, we are building a workplace where people feel trusted, supported, and engaged.

In this role you will lead People Partners team as well as support our leadership team on organizational topics and more complex people matters. Your responsibilities will include ownership of key HR processes like performance management, compensation & benefits, development of internal processes and policies, compliance to Lithuanian employment legislation, and successful driving of talent acquisition strategy. You will have to set priorities, maintain and improve our processes and employee experience, listen to what our people need and turn feedback into meaningful actions while balancing it with the needs of a growing technology organization.

Requirements

Several years of experience in a senior HR / People leadership role, ideally in a technology, software engineering or similarly knowledge-intensive organization.
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR practices.
Experience leading or coordinating a People/HR team.
A track record of building or scaling HR processes in a growing organization.
Good knowledge of LR labor law.
Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
Ability to think strategically, but you are also comfortable land your hands on and solve things yourself.
Confidence in having difficult conversations while maintaining trust and respect.
Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with maturity, empathy and discretion.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
