In Peikko Group HR team we are now offering a unique career opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR professional who wants to grow and impact the people and culture development processes on an international level.


As HR Manager, Peikko Group, you will take active part in the development and implementation of HR processes and practices globally in Peikko Group. You will report to Aušra Antanavičienė, Vice President HR of Peikko Group, and will work closely with Peikko Group Management team and Marketing, Leaders and HR managers of all Peikko business units in local countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation and execution of Global Peikko HR processes and practices related to employees’ experience and life-cycle, such as on-boarding, development, talent and performance management, career and mobility, compensation and benefits, employee surveys and assessments etc.
  • Preparing and updating of Peikko Group HR guidelines, documents and templates, which support HR processes within the organization.
  •  Maintaining and development of the global HRM system, updating of organizational charts, ensuring that the employee related data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitoring and presenting the HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supporting and consulting of Peikko business units across the world in questions related to HR processes and employee relations.
  • Organizing and coordinating corporate trainings and employee events, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Fostering collaboration, alignment and best practice sharing among the factories’ HR managers, organizing regular HR meetings to discuss the common challenges and opportunities.
  • Participating in the employer branding planning and implementation, in cooperation with Marketing.


  • University degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in HR partner/generalist role, preferably in an international company.
  • Experience in implementation and working with HRM systems and tools, project management skills.    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multicultural experience, fluency in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3300 - 4100 EUR before tax, and annual bonus based on performance. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
