PERSONALO AKADEMIJA (more various job ads on personaloakademija.lt) client is a large construction management company operating in Germany since 2002. The specialization of the company's activity is the construction of industrial/production, commercial and public purpose buildings.
Currently, the company is carrying out capital repairs of a commercial building with an estimated value of 32.000.000 euros.

Job Description

  • Planning of works, ensuring the deadlines and quality of the works being carried out;
  • Ordering and control of resources and materials required for work performance;
  • Preparation of documentation, ensuring work safety;
  • Communication with customers and management of subcontractors;
  • Work/ rest mode: 5 weeks of work, 1 week of rest in Lithuania. Round trip expenses are reimbursed.

Requirements

  • Higher engineering education in HVAC fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in managerial work in HVAC fields as a work manager or foreman;
  • English language proficiency at B1-B2 level. Knowing German is a big advantage;
  • B driver's category license;
  • Initiativity, analytical thinking.
