Job Description

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in various industries to expand our customer network.
  • Advising customers on the best industrial boiler solutions to meet their needs.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry.
  • Work closely with our technical team to develop customized solutions for customers.
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets and reporting to management on a regular basis.
  • Grow our network with partners, designers, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented person with the following profile:

  • Proven experience in selling industrial boilers or related products.
  • Sound technical understanding to be able to advise customers competently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Initiative and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and customer oriented.
  • Good knowledge of Latvian/Estonian (depending on location) and English language.
