We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Industrial Design Strategist to shape the direction of physical products that make a real impact. In this role, you will combine strong industrial design expertise with a structured, business-minded approach — turning broad product ideas into clear creative directions and practical design solutions, from early concept to final execution.

• Define the creative and design strategy for physical products and packaging across different product categories.
• Turn broad product ideas and briefs into clear, well-reasoned design concepts and solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders throughout the product-development process.
• Define and justify key design decisions, including product form, functionality, colours, materials and packaging.
• Balance customer needs, brand identity, functionality and commercial objectives in every design solution.
• Bring structure to ambiguous challenges by asking the right questions, creating clear frameworks and proposing directions.
• Contribute hands-on to concept development and design execution where needed.
• Collaborate with and coordinate external design agencies, freelancers or other partners when required.
• Work across a diverse product portfolio, from consumer products and packaging to technical devices.

• Strong experience in product design, with an industrial design background and experience developing physical consumer products. Experience with packaging is a strong advantage.
• Ability to turn broad briefs into clear, commercially relevant design directions, balancing customer needs, functionality, brand, manufacturability and aesthetics.
• Strategic and structured thinking: you know how to ask the right questions, build frameworks and confidently recommend a direction.
• Strong creative judgement, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and collaborate effectively across teams and senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on, adaptable approach to working across diverse product categories and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
