Intern in Reward and Recognition Team

Hello! We are looking for an intern in the Reward and Recognition Team! This team is responsible for the analysis and implementation of the reward system in the company. Being an international organisation, every day we collaborate with colleagues from other countries.
We are a big family and we are working for Telia’s improvement and growing. Do you want to join us?

Your next challenge?
You will analyse various benefit programs and help us tailor a best package for our Employees.
You will help us with the communication in all possible areas - from short messages on the intranet to big presentations for the Management Team.
You will work with the Employee related data to help us make data based decisions.
You will also help us update the Employee Recognition Program.
We want to get you involved in interesting projects within all Telia Company countries.

Any other HR area you are particularly interested in? We are a company with 3,000 employees, let’s see, if we can find a match!

Who are you?
You have a positive attitude and proactiveness;
You have interest and curiosity in HR related areas;
You`ve got some Excel skills for data analysis;
You have good English skills (both spoken and written).
