About the job
As a Internal Communication Specialist you will support all aspects of coworker engagement by creating and maintaining environment to share internal information through various channels, carrying out events for coworkers and strenghtening the Employer image. We are looking for pro-active, motivated and creative business support partner.

Your tasks will include:
- Plan and deliver internal communications for both day-to-day as well as high profile projects.
- Manage internal communications channels, measuring the success of the existing communications channels and improve or introduce new ones where appropriate.
- Create diverse communication materials from presentations to posters, articles, e-mail messages, website content, flyers, multimedia and video content and events using formal and informal communication tools.
- Take a leading role in two way communication to ensure the feedback of coworkers drives improvement actions.
- Coordinate, manage and execute employee-related events.

Reikalavimai

To be successful in this role you need to have:
- 2-4 years previous experience in internal communication role.
- Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills, knowledge of communications best practices.
- Good understanding of social media and other internal communication tools.
- Creative, organized, attentive to details.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English.
