Kilo grupė, UAB
2800 - 3300 €/m Gross
Occasional remote work possibility

Job Description

There’s a lot happening across Kilo and Kiloverse. Kilo is a high-velocity co-founding partner that builds and backs ventures in health, wellness, beauty, and travel. Kiloverse is the operational force behind those ventures, bringing together the teams, expertise, and infrastructure that help them grow.

We’re looking for someone who gets to know our people, asks good questions, and helps colleagues make sense of the decisions, changes, and projects that affect their work.

You’ll write, plan, talk to teams, prepare leaders, and bring people together. Some days that means turning a complex update into a clear message. Other days, it’s shaping a company-wide event or trying a new way to invite colleagues to talk.

You’ll step forward, take ownership, and be a visible voice within the organisation. That means being present, taking initiative, and making time for real conversations.

  • Actively find stories and examples worth sharing across the group. Talk to colleagues and turn their achievements, lessons, and everyday work into engaging internal content.
  • Try formats that give people more reasons to join in, ask questions, share feedback, and get to know other teams.
  • Look after our internal channels, keep content useful and current, and suggest ways to make it more engaging. Set simple guidelines for tone, templates, and what gets shared where and with whom.
  • Lead the content and programme for quarterly and annual company-wide meetings and engagement initiatives, from agendas, materials, and presentations to speaker preparation.
  • Stay close to leaders, HR and teams, get involved early when changes are being planned, and prepare clear messages and Q&As on time to help colleagues understand what changes mean for them.
  • Work with Events & Culture on the content and communication for internal events, ensuring clear, engaging communication before, during, and after each event.
  • Own engagement survey communication with HR: explain why we’re asking, encourage participation, share findings, and show what happens next.
  • Run short surveys, gather employee feedback, and track reach and participation to understand what works. Use the findings to adapt formats and improve content, campaigns, and channels.
  • Help Communications and HR bring CSR initiatives to colleagues, explain how to take part, and share the results.
  • Use feedback and channel data to understand what works, and AI tools to help with everyday tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role with plenty of communication experience.
  • Excellent English and a knack for writing clear, natural copy, including when the subject is complicated or sensitive.
  • Someone who finds it easy to talk to people across the business, listens well, finds common ground with diverse stakeholders, and builds relationships, with experience working with leaders and HR on change communication.
  • The ability to use surveys, employee feedback, and channel data to understand what works and improve communication.
  • Ideas for making internal communication more interesting, and the willingness to try them.
  • Confidence to step forward, start a conversation, ask a question, or host a discussion.
  • The ability to pick up a project, organise the work, and deliver it on time, keeping others involved along the way.
  • Good judgement when plans change or several things need attention at once.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and curiosity about how they can improve your work.

Nice to have

  • Employer branding experience is a plus.
