INTERNATIONAL HR ADMINISTRATOR SPECIALIST (FIXED - TERM CONTRACT) (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague, who would join the HR team and help us take care of our people, where you’ll be responsible for administration of work relations. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring smooth procedures of hiring and support of personnel (managing documentation, communication with future and new employees, etc.);
  • Initiating, implementing, and executing the creation and harmonization of PL/LV/EE processes abroad according to the LT standard, as well as their continuous improvement and digitalization;
  • Participating in RPA, AI, HCM v.2 and other projects. Performing system testing after implemented changes in the PL/LV/EE areas;
  • Working with HR documents in English on the daily basis;
  • Administrating changes related to organizational structure that are necessary to achieve or implement the strategy
  • Developing, reviewing HRA processes with a view to automating them, making them more efficient and improving the employee experience

Qualifications

  • University degree (business, law or HR);
  • 2+ year of experience working within human resources for large organizations;
  • Knowledge of foreign administration and employee migration procedures;
  • Experience in participating in RPA, AI, HCM projects;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Analytic and result-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and creativity;
  • Experience in a rapidly developing environment;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
