International Wholesale is the unit responsible for all international roaming agreements and partner relations around the world (+200 countries) for Telia Nordic and Baltic operations.
The unit is also responsible for Telia Group agreements for international interconnect, A2P and M2M Wholesale connectivity to International partners.
Business is run efficiently in a team of 16 at Telia Global, supported by Technical Roaming department at CPS (Common Products and Services).
International Wholesale have a close cooperation with Telia Carrier and Div.X in connecting the world for both human travelers as well as machines.
We currently have 3 full time International Wholesale Coordinators and need assistant due to increased workload and change of the systems.
This is a temporary position for 4 months (or until 31 December 2020).
Your next challenge?
- Sort out and filter Documents; use folders to create a manageable and hierarchical structure of documents.
- Change Document or Folder Names and Description, making searches more effective.
- Documents to be covered are International Roaming agreements, relevant Annexes and roaming Launch Letters.
- Coordinate document administration and prepare for the system change.
- Cooperate with your team colleagues spread over all Telia Nordic & Baltic countries.
Who are you?
- Fluent English both verbally and in writing.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- You want to be part of a team that works together but still with individual responsibilities.
- You have ability for details, accuracy and make things happen.
- Good cross-border co-operation skills and working in a virtual team.

We offer a monthly salary from 800 Eur (gross) to 1150Eur (gross).
