Investment Banking Associate (Debt Capital Markets)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Investment Banking Associate to join Artea Bank's Investment Banking team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of debt capital markets transactions, work closely with corporate clients, investors and external advisors, support transaction origination and execution, and help drive the development of the Baltic capital markets. As part of the team, you will:

• Support the execution of bond issuance transactions from initial preparation through successful completion;
• Coordinate workstreams with internal teams and external advisors, including legal counsel, placement agents and stock exchange;
• Work closely with issuers, assisting them on transaction structuring, pricing considerations and distribution strategy;
• Contribute to the assessment of issuers' credit risk and support the development and maintenance of related methodologies, policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements;
• Perform financial and credit analysis, analyse debt capital market data, develop financial models and produce presentations and reports;
• Support the preparation and coordination of investor presentations and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors;
• Monitor transaction timelines and help ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements;
• Contribute to the development of capital markets products, internal processes and best practices.

• A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or another relevant field;
• 2–3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, debt capital markets, bond issuance, corporate lending or a related field;
• Solid understanding of financial markets, debt capital markets transactions and the applicable regulatory framework;
• Strong project management, organisational and communication skills;
• The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage complex workstreams;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and good written and spoken English;
• Sound judgement and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to identify risks, apply compliance principles and support informed decision-making;
