INVESTMENT PROJECT MANAGER (F/ M/ D)

Job Description

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate M&A transactions execution;
  • Build and maintain comprehensive valuation models, as well as various financial and commercial models to evaluate investment opportunities, divestments and support other strategic decisions;
  • Lead due diligence process, review and ensure quality of transaction deliverables;
  • Prepare and present investment related materials to various stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Participate / lead negotiations of M&A transaction documents;
  • Proactively work with cross-functional internal project teams (e. g. legal, technical, commercial) as well as external counterparties;
  • Provide ad-hoc input and analysis to senior management on various strategic decisions, long-term business planning and other business opportunities;
  • In collaboration with other teams monitor energy market trends and provide relevant analysis;
  • Organize tenders for professional services (e.g. advisors for Due Diligence).

Requirements

  • Have a University degree in Economics, Finance, Business management, Mathematics or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, advisory or related field;
  • Have a track record in financial modelling, valuations;
  • Have high level of accountability, clear and independent thinking, attention to details and excellent analytical skills;
  • Are a self-starter with experience and skills in project management;
  • Are proficient in presenting complex information in a clear and simple manner and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels;
  • Are a team player, with ability to collaborate with variety of teams (legal, technical, treasury etc.);
  • Have an excellent command of English;
  • Experience in negotiations of M&A transactions documents (advantage);
  • CFA/ACCA or similar qualification (advantage).
