Job Description

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitors;
  • Lead product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities;
  • Support requirement validation, prepare information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
  • Define the goals and scope for the products supported by your team, in the process of the maintenance and development of new features;
  • Plan and prioritise the dedicated features backlog to ensure that your team always has an adequate number of prepared stories or tasks;
  • Collect and create documentation and manuals for existing or new products/services;
  • Uncover areas for the improvement of existing products.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record in a Business Analyst or Product Owner position or similar IT role, approximately 2 years;
  • Preferably previous experience with SEPA, SEPA INSTANT transfers, audits and communication with government institutions;
  • Preferably previous experience in e-commerce or FinTech domains;
  • Experience of the requirement gathering, management process and software development in an Agile environment;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management competence;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Experience working with a distributed team;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, with changing priorities and requirement updates;
  • Previous experience working with JIRA/Confluence;
  • Fluency in English.
