The role is to privide a first class IT User Support service to global clients and any related third parties, assisting them with software problems via phone, email and Intranet.
Core duties:
- Provide first line technical support answering support queries via phone, email and web
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document and begin customer resolution process
- Efficiently and accurately log all issues and requests on the call logging system
- Maintain all call lifecycles ensuring calls are regularly updated and contain valid and up-to -date information
Requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- IT related experience or IT realated background
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under rotating shedule
