IT manager Baltics

The IT Manager Baltics is responsible for enabling and supporting IT solutions across the Baltic countries, ensuring alignment with corporate group's IT strategy. This role is tightly integrated with Northern Europe (NEUR) Digital, and acts as the primary point of contact for the Baltic IT activities, managing external partners for application support and onsite IT services, and ensuring secure, compliant and value focused IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Security, Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure all IT activities comply with Group IT policies, security standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate all security and compliance topics for the Baltics with the Northern Europe (NEUR) Security Officer.
• Promote and enforce best practices in IT service management, data protection and cybersecurity.
  
  IT Strategy & Business Alignment:
  
• Act as the local ambassador for the Group’s IT strategy, ensuring Baltic business needs are represented and addressed.
• Collaborate with business leaders and the Head of Digital Northern Europe to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
• Coordinate demand and project portfolio with NEUR Digital’s Project and Portfolio Manager.

Vendor & Contract Management:

• Manage contracts and relationships with external application providers, ensuring service levels and business requirements are met.
• Oversee the outsourcing contract for on-site IT service and operations support, including performance management, escalation handling and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with NEUR Digital’s Infrastructure and Operations Manager for all infrastructure-related matters.
  
  Service Delivery & Support:
  
• Ensure effective delivery of IT services and support to end users in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of users, and manage access to IT tools and platforms.
• Manage incident and problem management topics together with NEUR Digital colleagues and the Global Operations Center (GOC).
  
  Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for IT topics in the Baltics, maintaining strong relationships with local business units, external partners, and the NEUR Digital team.
• Communicate IT priorities, changes, and initiatives clearly to all stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in IT service management, IT project delivery, or similar roles - preferably in a multi-country or matrix organization.
• Strong experience managing external vendors and service contracts.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of IT compliance, security, and best practices.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of another language from the region is an advantage.Willingness to travel within the Baltic region and occasionally to Stockholm.
