IT Operator

If you have a passion in DEVOPS and you feel that you are customer oriented, this job is exactly for you. You will be a part of international team that develops & operates a global e-commerce platform project FOX (FESTO online experience). You will be responsible for early detection of issues and eliminations of them.

Your daily work day will look like:

• Independent trouble shooting on technical issues (ticket solving as 2nd lvl.)
• Communicating issues with developers, reporting of bugs
• Rise business critical incidents inside and outside company
• Assure issues coordination of handover and delivery between teams
• Infrastructure and systems monitoring using tools like Icinga, Grafana, DynaTrace, Splunk
• As part of an SCRUM of SCRUMs Team, communicate issues with development
• Deployment support during releases

• Experience in administrating Apache, Tomcat servers
• Knowledge of Linux shell commands, SSH, SFTP
• Familiar with common scripting language like bash, phyton, Perl
• Understanding REST API
• Common web technologies basics: HTML, JS, CSS.
• Exceptional communication in English skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated analytical/forensic skills and methodical problem-solving skills and keeping documentation
• Willingness to work in a international/virtual team
• You have a strong reputation for accountability
• Experience working in a technical support or as IT administrator

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
