My name is Diana Gold and I am a Country Delivery Manager for Lithuania. My main goal is to be a link between IT and business organization. At the moment I‘m urgently looking for an experienced IT Quality Manager to ensure the quality of value delivered by IT to our Lithuanian business organization.
Your next challenge?
As a member of my Team, you will be responsible for E2E Quality of IT functionality delivered by IT to Telia business, ensuring quality assurance practices and processes implementation in IT Delivery organization . You will also be responsible to organize Integration Testing, become a main contributor when deciding on releases to production, as well as ensure that testing scope is being optimized and, where possible, automated.
Who are you?
Besides technical Quality Management skills, key success factors in this position is excellent network and cooperation skills and ability to build good relationship with stakeholders in both business and IT, both locally and globally. You also take responsibility and own Quality Management area end to end.
Your Experience and personality:
• 3 + years in Quality Management leading position
• ISTQB certification
• Self organized and structured
• Motivated, easy going with "can do" attitude
• Great communication skills
• Fluent in English
