IT Recruiter

What will you do:

• You will be responsible for managing full recruitment cycle
• Use all sourcing channels in filling roles
• Source potential candidates on social media and reach out to prospects via email or phone
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical and final interview process
• Extend and negotiate offers
• Work closely with hiring managers to manage demand, define necessary requirements for open roles, prepare and realize recruiting activities and provide regular status update
• Keep recruitment process documentation up to date
•
