IT Security Manager

The team:

You will be a part of Baltic IT team and represent security (Lithuania) across it with full ownership in security domain. Baltic IT team consists of Baltic CIO, Baltic Security manager, country IT managers, domain architects, project managers, infrastructure managers and specialists.

You and the team:

• With Baltic IT and Baltic Security Manager - coordination of security policies and standards, setting compliance standards, evaluation of work volumes, costs, deadlines.
• With the IT manager and team - preparation and presentation of security policies, procedures, budgeting and coordination of IT security projects.
• Third parties - coordination of work on the implementation of security standards of systems under development.
• Entire company: main contact for all security issues, organization of security training, incident management and coordination.

Your future responsibilities:

• Delivering compliance activities and coordinating them with Baltic IT Security.
• Creating, updating and controlling implementation of local IT security steering documents to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
• Presenting security remediation workload and helping set a prioritization to the right resources.
• Involving in daily activities and decisions making for solution implementation with help of IT Security specialists of external vendors.
• Facilitating and preparing meetings with system managers, systems owners and suppliers. Ensuring that every phase of the implementation is completed, and each involved person know what is expected.
• Vendors (IT security related, group organisations as well) management.
• Representing Tele2 in relation to local authorities on IT security issues and incidents.

You will succeed if you have:

• At least 2-3 years’ directly related experience in a IT Security manager role.
• Knowledge of the legislation of Lithuania regarding Cyber security.
• Good knowledge of 27001 standard.
• Previous experience as a IT security or cyber security specialist.
• Experience with internal/external audits.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Accuracy and high sense of responsibility.
• Desire to learn from, teach, and share with others.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have:

• Working experience with tools like GRC is considered as advantage.
• Practice in building security frameworks across the companies.
