Right now, we are looking for an IT Service Manager to join our team.

My name is Jūratė Grigoraitė and I am leading Common Service Order Management (SOM) team within Telia IT. The team is responsible for development, delivery, maintenance and operations of the Common SOM solutions and applications delivered through in-house and external partners. Our platform and applications orchestrate successful Telia customers’ order fulfillment for entire Telia Group.

Your next opportunity?

As a member of my team you will hold E2E responsibility for service we provide to our customers both from Development and from Operations side. The Service Order Management team is currently undergoing major consolidation across Nordic and Baltic countries, so you as an IT Service Manager will be at a center of this activity, focusing on supporting a new support organization set up while still maintaining the highest quality across our installed base.

Other responsibilities:

  • Roadmap and Life Cycle Management execution for service and driving the initiation (i.e. service assurance & new applications onboarding onto global tools, security by design requirements, etc.)
  • Purchase Order handling for both development and maintenance
  • Delivery and operational reporting
  • Managing internal deliveries where PM is not present
  • SLA, OLA agreements with business
  • Service reviews with vendors
  • Priority Controls
  • Service support and development quality management
  • Release/deployment quality management

Who are you?

Besides technical Service Management skills, key success factors in this position is excellent network and cooperation skills and ability to build good relationship with business and IT stakeholders, both locally and globally.

Your Experience and Personality:

  • 3+ years in Service Management leading position
  • University degree in IT or related field
  • Previous experience in setting up new L2, L3 support organization (significant advantage)
  • ITIL experience or certification (ITIL4 is an advantage)
  • Experience from enterprise environment
  • Self-organized and structured
  • Motivated, easy going with "can do" attitude
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent in English

We offer a monthly base salary from 3000 Eur (gross) to 4500 Eur (gross) plus annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
