Providing trainings about new IT Service management processes;
Service request and incident processing management.
Requirements
Experience in the design of IT service management processes in a ITSM tool 1-4 years;
Experience with Service and incident request management (1-4 years);
Fluent English;
Good communication and social skills;
Flexible and being open to new things.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience with ITSM solutions like Topdesk/Service Desk Plus;
Sound understanding of the IT support organization and its processes based on ITIL;
IT apprentice or higher education with corresponding work experience.
