Job Description

  • Development of IT service management processes in a ITSM tool and corresponding dialog with the process requestor;                              
  • Providing trainings about new IT Service management processes;                             
  • Service request and incident processing management.


  • Experience in the design of IT service management processes in a ITSM tool 1-4 years;
  • Experience with Service and incident request management (1-4 years);                                 
  • Fluent English;                        
  • Good communication and social skills;
  • Flexible and being open to new things.           

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with ITSM solutions like Topdesk/Service Desk Plus;                               
  • Sound understanding of the IT support organization and its processes based on ITIL;           
  • IT apprentice or higher education with corresponding work experience.
