As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll own the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Hostinger’s internal systems ecosystem. You’ll manage business-critical platforms, lead migrations, and ensure teams across the company get real value from the tools they use every day. As we grow, you’ll also help us work smarter by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and implement better tooling where it can make the biggest impact.

Success here requires strong prioritisation and communication skills as much as technical ones. You'll work across Legal, Finance, HR, and other teams, balancing their needs with long-term system health.

Your day-to-day

• Administer and maintain internal business systems and SaaS platforms, keeping configurations, permissions, and integrations healthy.
• Lead implementations and migrations of new tools and technologies end-to-end, from evaluation through to adoption.
• Own Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence administration, including workflow design and ongoing governance.
• Partner with teams across Hostinger to understand their challenges, translate them into technical solutions, and see them through to delivery.
• Evaluate new platforms and help teams get the most out of what they already have.
• Troubleshoot system issues and dig into root causes rather than patching symptoms.
• Identify opportunities where smarter processes or better tooling could improve how teams work.

• 2–4 years of experience in systems administration or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Understanding of how systems connect, with experience in integrations, APIs or webhooks.
• Proven ability to implement new tools, lead migrations and improve existing systems.
• Hands-on administration experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence), including workflow configuration and governance.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of investigating root causes.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent prioritisation and communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently from idea to implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity and access management solutions.
• Understanding of Agile, ITSM, or operational excellence practices.
• Experience with scripting or low-code tools to solve operational challenges.
