Right now, we are looking for an IT Technical Specialist (Swedish language) for IT Application Support in the Swedish business application support area.

I am Andrius Jurkšaitis and I am leading the Enterprise Back Office unit. We are responsible for multiple IT Services including Application Support Sweden, where we provide IT support for Swedish business applications. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member.

Your next challenge?

Application Support Sweden team is responsible for assisting Swedish business channels with IT support related issues. Frequently used business applications such as Vårt Telia, RODOD (Siebel, BRM, OSM etc.), Alpha, Caesar, CASH etc.

IT Technical Specialist in Application Support will learn and have a broad understanding as well knowledge about Swedish business applications as well as gain experience of what products and services are offer to Telia end-customers.

Your main responsibilities as an IT Technical Specialist will be:

  • Taking calls and web tickets from consumer services, stores and other internal Telia teams such as Order Management, Fallout-team;

  • Troubleshooting incidents and communicating with maintenance teams, including external vendors such as Tieto and Capgemini;

  • Working independently and ensuring the agreed service quality;

  • Assisting team members with knowledge, experience and ways of working.

Who are you?

Perfect candidate for this position should have a passion for supporting and assisting others in a positive, engaging and educational way. Able to “translate” complex technical terms to a more understanding day to day language.

Your experience:

  • You are fluent in Swedish (verbal and written);

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written);

  • Basic computer skills and experience;

  • Experience in Call Centre, Customer Support, IT Support or similar customer support areas;

  • Knowledge and/or experience of ITIL framework is an advantage.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1100-2100 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
