We are Julija, Linas and Sigita and we are leading Accounts Payable teams in Telia Global Services Lithuania.

Currently we are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Accountants to join our teams.

Your next challenge?

Accounts Payable (AP) function is responsible for ensuring that invoices' flow in the company is managed according to the rules and requirements. As a team, we strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our company's operations and other entities. As a Financial Shared Services department, we are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of highly skilled financial, accounting, sourcing and procurement professionals who operate in a deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues.

The team you will be part of is responsible for:

• Assuring that all transactions are processed efficiently according to given standards and work processes

• Processing incoming invoices for the assigned company codes, in a timely manner according to the standard procedures and the company guidelines

• Handling the communication and requests sent to mailboxes and other internal systems

• Participating in Period End Closing activities within the AP area

• Engaging in supporting both internal and external stakeholders Support teamwork, collaboration between peers and consistency across all countries

• Providing high quality services according to KPIs, agreed controls, policies and procedures, etc.

• Initiating, participating and supporting improvements for projects, changes implementation, new systems and tools implementation, ect.

• Experience within accounting or similar area would be considered as advantage

• Good English knowledge (you have to speak and write)

• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 1250 - 1450 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
