Job Description

You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage

- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems

- 300k+ service requests/sec processed

- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

### The team waiting for you

You'll join a collaborative, cross-functional team where you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing colleagues to bring apps from development through to release. The team values clear communication, attention to detail, and smooth coordination - you'll be the person keeping everyone aligned, tracking progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks before launch. It's a dynamic environment for someone who enjoys structure, process, and staying close to the full app lifecycle, from planning to the App Store / Google Play releases.

### In this role, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate app admin workflows from setup to release.
  • Update content, metadata, and maintain assets in App Store/Google Play.
  • Organize documentation and version tracking, and perform basic QA checks.
  • Support release deadlines and coordinate between product, dev, and marketing teams.
  • Track task progress and help improve internal processes.
  • Act as a liaison between product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with content, files, and app assets.
  • Basic technical understanding of mobile apps and digital products (no coding required, but familiarity with app workflows is a plus).
  • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms (e.g. App Store / Google Play submission systems).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have

  • Experience with app publishing in App Store / Google Play, including uploads and metadata.
  • Basic QA/testing and understanding of release workflows, versioning, and app lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with development, marketing, and product teams.
  • Basic knowledge of app guidelines, content formatting, and digital products.
