At this moment the team is looking for a hungry-to-learn Junior Email Marketing Specialist.

Excited to make it real?

Here’s what your journey could look like:

• Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns from idea to launch (and beyond).
• Learn how to build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in email & SMS platforms.
• Assist in setting up and managing automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.).
• Help segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
• Analyze campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and share insights with the team.
• Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, timing, etc.).
• Work closely with designers and copywriters to create engaging, conversion-driven content.
• Support list growth and maintain database hygiene (cleaning, tagging, organizing contacts).
• Stay curious and learn best practices in email & SMS marketing, including deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with the team to spot opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention

• Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing (internships count!).
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email & SMS marketing.
• Curiosity about customer behavior, email marketing & everything - you enjoy digging into why things work (or don’t).
• A proactive, can-do attitude; you take initiative and don’t wait to be told every step.
• Willingness to get hands-on and execute, test, and improve campaigns continuously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and interest in improving them.
• Attention to detail and care for quality in everything you launch.

• Familiarity with any email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.) is a plus, but not a must.
