Junior IT Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain clear, structured business specification documents for new and existing product features.
• Write and manage user stories and tasks in Jira with proper descriptions, acceptance criteria, and details.
• Monitor team communications (Slack, Jira) and capture new tasks, ideas, or changes accordingly.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to understand system functionality and requirements.
• Standardize documentation processes and ensure key information is easy to find and up to date.
• Support QA efforts by understanding system flows and assisting with backend testing when needed.
   

• 1+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/technical role.
• Basic understanding of software development and backend/frontend systems.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project/task management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clear, well-structured documentation.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
• Fluency in English.
