Job Description

We are looking for a service-oriented junior IT Specialist to provide remote support for company employees.

In this role, you will handle incidents and service requests via telephone and digital channels providing first line IT support for various IT issues.

You will support a wide range of end-user devices, including mobile phones, PCs, and tablets, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

You will receive comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support from your international colleagues at Royal Unibrew’s headquarters in Denmark, working closely with IT professionals across Europe. As part of the IT Service Delivery department, you will play an integral role in maintaining service excellence while benefiting from strong opportunities for personal and professional development.

 

Work is divided in two shifts that change every few weeks.

Day shifts are 8-17h. And Evening Shifts 13-22h.

Timetables are made in advanced so you can plan around them.

 

With additional possibility to provide on-call service during weekends and nights for extra pay.

Tasks

  • Deliver customer service by answering all queries promptly, remaining approachable, courteous and professional every time.
  • Handle incoming calls and logging ticket details into the system.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and take ownership through to resolution.
  • Escalate high impact incidents quickly, in line with procedures and ensure all relevant information is passed on.
  • Evaluating the impact of the issue for the business and escalating urgent and business critical issues in a timely manner in line with internal procedures.

Qualification requirements

·        Excellent written and spoken English skills

·        Familiarity with ITIL framework

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Great if you also have:

·        Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft applications is considered an advantage.

·        Knowledge of Nordic languages.
