Junior / Mid Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle (idea → development → rollout → maintenance)
• Help plan tasks, track progress, and ensure things move forward smoothly together with a senior project manager
• Work in an Agile environment (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and gradually take on more ownership

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a link between business stakeholders and the development team
• Help gather and clarify requirements and turn them into clear, structured tasks
• Support onboarding of new clients to the platform
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and data teams on new features and improvements

Learning & Growth

• Build your expertise in ad tech, data, and product development
• Stay up to date with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem
• Participate in trainings and certifications

Must-have

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Experience with Google Ads or DSP platforms (e.g., Adform)
• 1–2 years of experience in ad tech or Online Marketing
• Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, informatics, etc.)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools (GA, GTM, DV360, CM360, SA360)
• Basic understanding of Agile ways of working
• Some technical curiosity (e.g., APIs, SQL, automation tools like Make.com or n8n)
