Junior / Mid Project Manager

Project Delivery & Coordination:
• Support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle (idea → development → rollout → maintenance).
• Help plan tasks, track progress, and ensure things move forward smoothly together with a senior project manager.
• Work in an Agile environment (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and gradually take on more ownership.
Communication & Collaboration:
• Act as a link between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Help gather and clarify requirements and turn them into clear, structured tasks.
• Support onboarding of new clients to the platform.
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and data teams on new features and improvements.
Learning & Growth:
• Build your expertise in ad tech, data, and product development.
• Stay up to date with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem.
• Participate in trainings and certifications.

Must-have:
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Experience with Google Ads or DSP platforms (e.g., Adform).
• 1–2 years of experience in ad tech or Online Marketing.
• Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, informatics, etc.).
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools (GA, GTM, DV360, CM360, SA360).
• Basic understanding of Agile ways of working.
• Some technical curiosity (e.g., APIs, SQL, automation tools like Make.com or n8n).
