We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for a fixed-term contract with a possibility to transition into a permanent position.

What You’ll Do and Learn

  • Run high-volume, entry-level recruitment, primarily for Customer Support roles;
  • Step in as back-up on other types of searches when needed (e.g. tech, back office roles);
  • Source and screen candidates across multiple channels: job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks;
  • Organize and conduct interviews, and support our hiring managers in running theirs;
  • Work closely with our ATS (Ashby) - and help us tidy up, structure, and automate our workflows;
  • Create a great candidate experience at every stage of the process;
  • Track and use recruitment data to spot what's working and what can be improved.

Requirements

  • Has some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a similar role - just enough to feel comfortable getting started without learning everything from zero;
  • Is comfortable working at a fast pace and managing several searches at once;
  • Is detail-oriented and genuinely tech-savvy - you pick up new tools quickly (Ashby, Canditech);
  • Is data-minded: comfortable working with recruitment metrics such as fill rate, interview-to-offer rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill;
  • Is results-driven, but a team player first - we've built a strong, collaborative culture and want to keep it that way;
  • Is fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Is available to work full-time.
