Job Description
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems to make sure everything performs as required, run business process checks to ensure everything meets internal standards;
- Taking care of documentation related to Quality Assurance process;
- Support users with their system related issues, be able to understand the root cause and develop a plan to ensure the issue is solved permanently;
- Provide system quality feedback to the development team;
- Assure quality on CRM data and help initiate changes quickly and effectively;
- Help to manage projects related to operations and business processes while ensuring project delivery within allotted timelines;
- Provide support to Operations Manager as required.
Requirements
- BA, technical or equivalent education and work experience;
- 1+ years of CRM systems administration, operations, business analyst, project management, sales operations or related experience;
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize and prioritize;
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills;
- Excellent spoken and written English skills. The working language of the company is English;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Work experience with Salesforce will be considered as an advantage.
