Key Account Manager Baltic Area (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)

 

Your responsibilities

  • Active participation in developing sales strategies and market presence in the assigned territories (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and others);
  • Ongoing cooperation with clients in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and developing sales through active prospecting;
  • Negotiating terms of trade agreements and contracts. Preparing offers and presentations;
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and during business visits;
  • Maintaining positive and long-lasting business relationships with clients;
  • Expanding export sales through active acquisition of new clients;
  • Building a private label in cooperation with retail chains in individual countries;
  • Achieving sales targets;
  • Market analysis and monitoring of competitor activities;
  • Overseeing administrative and logistics processes.

Our requirements

  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in export;
  • Experience in the FMCG industry;
  • Very good command of English or Polish (at least B2 level) and knowledge of Lithuanian (at least B2 level);
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel);
  • Highly developed negotiation skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions;
  • Willingness to travel for business.

Nice to have:

  • Good command of the Polish language;
  • Knowledge of the private label creation process is a plus.
