Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Key Account Manager in Lithuania. As a Key Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from data.
  • Proven experience in key account management with a minimum of 2 - 3 years.
  • Ability to create effective business plans and strategies.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in managing key accounts in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
     

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of the Lithuanian market, experience with business development.
