YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for Key Account Managers team to reach set objectives and for Lithuanian clients to grow business.
  • Coach existing and new team members, track their performance and implement needed changes to assure team member‘s professional development.
  • Operate as primary point of contact for assigned basket of company‘s biggest clients stakeholders.
  • Develop business relationships with VIP clients and build mutual business plans.
  • Proactively visit clients in Lithuanian market, consult them and sell additional services.
  • Initiate and lead mutual marketing campaigns with clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyze revenue results.

Reikalavimai

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (at least 2+ years as Team Lead).
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience in using MS Office at professional level.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
  • Ability to learn fast and adjust to fast-pace environment.
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car.
