Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service through phone, e-mail in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Contacting suppliers, vendors and delivery companies by phone and email;
  • NO cold calling or sales over the phone;
  • Ensuring that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly;
  • Managing orders in internal order management system and on different marketplaces;
  • Managing products data;
  • Being initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation.

 

Working schedule: Monday - Thursday From 16.00 till 01.00 , Friday 14:00 - 23:00.

Requirements

Required:

  • Fluent speaking English (communication with native speakers in USA);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Fast learning and multitasking skills;
  • Critical attention to details;
  • Taking initiative, willingness to get things done and take responsibility.work experience in sales or customer support - advantage;work experience with excel and data management - advantagework experience with amazon or other marketplace - big advantage

Atlyginimas

1300-1900 €/mėn. neatskaičius mokesčių+ bonus system.
