Communicate with customers (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (partners, etc.)
Handle incoming e-mails, calls (directed to the Customer Support team address)
Manage ticketing system
Entry data to internal systems
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Excellent Romanian and English languages skills
Higher education
Experience in a similar role
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
